What do the Words Mean?
WALT work out the meaning of words from the context in sentences from the story Red Surfer Riding. It was a little bit hard because we didn't now the words. We just copied the spelling from the book and typed it into this document. Then we typed up what we thought it meant. Then we searched it up in a dictionary and entered the correct meaning in the boxes on this document. Thank you for learning with me. Term 1 Week 2
My first two weeks at school were boring.
My class marked a 50 out on the field. It was boring. We did it because the school is turning 50 and we are going to take a big photo of us in the shape of a 50 with a drone. Boring.
The Year 6s did a boring powhiri singing Maori words. Boring. We did it to welcome some new student teachers.
We have a new tick chart. It is boring because when you get a tick you put it up and when you get 10 ticks you get a boring token. The boring token goes in a house box outside on the step of the Auditorium. At the end of the term, the house with the most tokens gets a boring fun day.
I am a wet day monitor in Room 28 and they are sort of a good class but I don't think they were very good on Tuesday 14th February because it was there first wet day. the class is boring because the walls are boring. boring. The boring old sports trolley is boring of coarse. all you do is hand out boring old sports equipment. I have to do it every lunch time. It is boring.
